Trifecta-SSD-RM Image

The Trifecta-SSD-RM from RADX Technologies is a COTS M.2 NVMe SSD Data Storage Module for PXIe and 3U CPCIe Systems. These SSD storage solutions have been developed for modular Test & Measurement, Software Defined Radio, and Electronic Warfare (EW) markets. It features removable M.2 NVMe SSD data cartridges with 1, 2, 4, or 8 TB capacity that supports up to 3.5 GB/Sec sequential read/write performance and industry-leading value in terms of TB/$k.

When inserted into the Trifecta-SSD-RM Module, the M.2 NVMe SSD Data Cartridge connects to the PXIe Chassis PCIe backplane via a PCIe G3/G4 x4 interface. This data storage module provides a uniquely cost-effective upgrade for T&M, data acquisition, and EW PXIe/CPCIe systems that need the combination of increased storage capacity, higher performance, rapid backups, and/or frequent security level changes.

The Trifecta-SSD-RM, unlike Embedded Controller SSDs, supports software RAID via two or more modules, which can easily double or triple the capacity of the data storage subsystem and provide ~6 GB/Sec or faster sequential read/write performance via RAID-0 or enhanced fault-tolerance via RAID-1.
