The M9415A from Keysight is a PXI Vector Transceiver that has an integrated Vector Signal Generator and Vector Signal Analyzer from 380 MHz to 6/8/12 GHz. It has a signal generation and analysis bandwidth of 1.2 GHz. Both the generator and analyzer have an amplitude accuracy of better than ±0.5 dB and an SSB phase noise of less than -130 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset (1 GHz frequency).
The transceiver has a DANL of -154 dBm/Hz at 1 GHz and a tuning time of less than 50 µs. It supports W-CDMA / HSPA+ / 5G NR / WLAN / LTE TDD and FDD / Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) / Custom Modulation wireless connectivity.
The M9415A allows frequency extension to cover 5G NR mmWave (FR2) with the M1741A mmWave transceiver. It is available in a 3-slot PXIe module.
