The QUAD61014TCA from Plexa Manufacturing is RF Quadplexer that has passbands from: 2 to 6 GHz, 6 to 10 GHz, 10 to 14 GHz, and 14 to 18 GHz. It has a return loss of 13 dB, isolation of more than 60 dB, and insertion loss of less than 1 dB. This quadplexer is based on suspended substrate stripline technology and can be used to split a broadband input into five adjacent frequency bands or combine five bands into a single output. It is available in a connectorized module that measures 53.3 x 33.3 x 10.3 mm.
