The XR1008-QB from MACOM is a packaged USB receiver that has been developed for point-to-point microwave radio applications from 37 to 40 GHz. It has a noise figure of less than 3.5 dB, a conversion gain of 10 dB and TOI of 5 dBm across the band. The receiver consists of an LNA, Image Reject Mixer, LO Doubler, and LO Buffer and provides image rejection of 15 dBc. It is available in a 7x7mm SMT package that is RoHS compliant.
