The SX1239 from Semtech is a highly integrated RF receiver that operates from 290 to 1000 MHz, covering the popular 433, 868 and 915 MHz license-free ISM bands. The receiver is optimized for low power consumption while providing high sensitivity of down to -120 dBm at 1.2 kbps and channelized operation. It has highly integrated architecture with mixers, modulators, oscillators, PLL and Frequency Synthesizers integrated in to the package.
The SX1239 complies with both ETSI and FCC regulatory requirements and is available in a 5 x 5 mm QFN 24 lead package. This receiver is ideal for automated meter reading, wireless sensor networks, wireless alarm and security systems. All major RF communication parameter are programmable and most of them can be dynamically set.
