The AKF-1336 from Akoustis is a Bandpass BAW Filter developed for the CBRS band. It has a center frequency of 3625 MHz and a passband from 3550 to 3700 MHz. The filter has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and provides over 15 dB of attenuation from 3450 to 3530 MHz. It can handle up to 30 dBm of CW input power and has a return loss of 16 dB.
The AKF-1336 uses Akoustis’ XBAW technology which provides excellent RF filter performance. It is available as a Pb-free surface mount package that measures 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm and is ideal for 5G B48 CBRS infrastructure and general-purpose wireless applications.
