The AM3065 from Atlanta Micro is a miniature filter bank IC that contains digitally tunable bandpass filters operating from 6 to 12 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 4 dB and can handle up to 40 dBm of power. The filter has separate low-pass and high-pass tuning voltages that provide independent control of both the center frequency and bandwidth. This is a great filtering solution for a receiver or transceiver requiring a flexible center frequency and bandwidth, high dynamic range, and small size, weight, and power consumption. The AM3065 is available in a 4 x 6 mm QFN package.
