The Stability VNA Cable Assemblies from Maury Microwave are Test Port Cable Assemblies that operate from DC to 67 GHz. They have excellent phase stability (up to 8 degrees) with flexure and ensure repeatable and reliable measurements. The assemblies have an anti-skid band to ensure that they can be arbitrarily positioned with no spring-back or stress on the DUT. The cables have a crush resistance of over 839 lbs/in with over 50,000 flex cycles that enhance longevity and can lead to years of uninterrupted use. They feature color-coded connectors which reduce the potential for connection mistakes.
These phase-stable microwave/RF cable assemblies are available with 3.5 mm connectors for DC to 26.5 GHz operation, 2.92 mm connectors for DC to 40 GHz operation, and 2.4 mm connectors for DC to 50 GHz operation. They are available in 25", 38" and 48" cable lengths (custom lengths and connector configurations are available on request).
The cables have a shielding effectiveness of over 100 dB from DC to 18 GHz and a VSWR of less than 1.35:1. They have an insertion loss of less than 4.9 dB, a propagation velocity of 74%, and a time delay of 1.34 ns/ft.
