The HSI2731 from HASCO Components is an RF isolator that operates from 27 GHz to 31 GHz. It has an isolation of over 20 dB, insertion loss of less than 0.60 dB and VSWR of below 1.25:1. The isolator can handle up to 5 watts of average power and up to 30 watts of peak power. It is available in a module with 2.92 mm female connectors and operates over a temperature range from -20 C to 65 C.
