The BT53 from Amped RF is a micro-sized Bluetooth module that supports both Bluetooth Classic and Low Energy, version v4.1. It provides fully embedded, ready to use Bluetooth wireless technology with a range of up to 80 m LOS. The module has a speed of 1.5 Mbps data throughput and has 128-bit encryption security. It is available in a surface mount PCB module and measures 11.6 x 13.5 mm.
