The FWM7BLZ20 series from Fujitsu are Bluetooth V4.2 low energy modules based on the Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF52832 SoC. They are available with an integrated antenna and have NFC tag support. They have a data rate of 1Mbps and a receiver sensitivity of -94 dBm. These modules are available in a surface mount package that measures 15.7 x 9.8 x 1.7 and are FCC/IC/CE/Japan radio ACT certified.
