The RN2903 from Microchip is a fully certified, LoRA transceiver module that operates in the 915 MHz band. The module can provide up to 18.5 dBm of output power with Tx current consumption of up to 124 mA and Rx current consumption of up to 13.5 mA. It provides a suburban coverage of up to 15 km and urban area coverage of up to 5 km. This module has 47 pin count and is available in surface mount package that measures 17.8 x 26.7 x 3 mm. It is FCC and IC certified and is ideal for IoT, M2M, home and building automation applications.
