The LBAA0XV2DT-158 (Type2DT) from Murat is a LoRa + Wi-Fi + GNSS Module that operates at 1561.1-1575.42 MHz (GNSS) and 2412-2484 MHz (Wi-Fi). It is based on a Semtech LR1110 chipset and has a LoRa transceiver, IEEE 802.11/b/g/n Wi-Fi passive scanner and a multi-constellation GNSS scanner (GPS and BeiDou). The module features a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO), crystal oscillators, LNA, RF switch, SPI interface and various GPIOs. This LPWAN geolocation module has an ultra-low power design for long battery life, superior sensitivity, and high flexibility to build customized low-cost tracking devices, suited for Internet of Things (IoT) asset tracking applications for indoor and outdoor environments.
The Type2DT delivers a Tx output power of up to 21 dBm and has an Rx sensitivity of up to -141 dBm. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes less than 118 mA of current. This module is available in a surface-mount LGA package that measures 9.98 x 8.7 x 1.74 mm and is suitable for Internet of Things (IoT) asset tracking applications such as asset location, asset recovery, traceability, supply chain, logistics, cold chain monitoring, inventory management and loss/theft prevention.
