The PAN4620 from Panasonic is an IEEE 802.15.4 and BLE 4.2 Module based on NXP's Kinetis KW41Z SoC, with an ARM Cortex-M0+ core with 512 kB flash memory and 128 kB SRAM. This module has a receiver sensitivity of -98 dBm and consumes up to 8.4 mA of current while operating on a supply from 1.8 to 4.2 V.  It is available in a 15.6 x 8.7 x 1.9 mm surface-mount package and can be operated in stand-alone and hosted mode.
