The WNFQ-269AX(BT) from SparkLAN is a Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5.2 Combo Module that operates in the 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz bands. It delivers a Wi-Fi data rate of up to 54 Mbps and a Bluetooth data rate of up to 3 Mbps. This module is based on Qualcomm Atheros WCN6856 chipset and can concurrently run 2.4 GHz with 5 GHz or 6 GHz. It supports full IEEE802.11 ax/ac/a/b/g/n protocol up to 160 MHz mode and has 2 spatial streams (2T2R, or 2×2) in MU-MIMO mode. The module requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes 783 mA of current in Tx mode and 362 mA of current in Rx mode. It is available in a standard M.2 (E key 2230) form factor.
The WNFQ-269AX(BT) can be controlled via PCIe (WLAN) and USB (Bluetooth) interfaces. It supports DSSS (DBPSK, DQPSK, CCK), OFDM (BPSK, QPSK, 16-QAM, 64-QAM) & OFDMA (BPSK, QPSK, 16-QAM, 64-QAM, 256-QAM, 1024-QAM,2048-QAM,4096-QAM) modulation schemes for Wi-Fi and GFSK, π/4-DQPSK & 8-DPSK modulation schemes for Bluetooth. This module supports Windows and is capable to run on both the x86 platform and ARM-based platform (Linux (Open Source) coming in the near future).
This module is available in a package that measures 30.00 x 22.00 x 2.15 mm and has two IPEX MHF4 antenna connectors. It is ideal for industrial PC, vehicle-mounted front, advertising machines, outdoor IPTV, rear terminal UAV, robots, POS machines, OTT/IPTV/DVB/STB/DV, mini driving recorders, intelligent projector pico, VR/AR terminals, smart city, and intelligent gateway applications.
