The ST67W611M1 from STMicroelectronics are Multi-Protocol Wi-Fi 6/Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.3/Thread Modules. They are designed to provide STM32 developers the opportunity to build IoT devices by leveraging multiple protocols, without requiring expertise in RF technology. These wireless modules can offer secure direct cloud connectivity, security, and design scalability, while offering a seamless design experience. They consist of a Qualcomm’s Wi-Fi 6/BLE/Thread processor, 4 MB flash memory with OTA capability, 40 MHz crystal, PCB antenna, and integrated hardware cryptographic acceleration. 

The ST67W611M1 also supports Matter over Wi-Fi for future-proof connectivity and includes MCS9 and HE20/HE40 modulation and coding schemes. These wireless modules are embedded with secure boot, secure debug, and cryptographic acceleration to provide secure connectivity. They can be integrated with any STM32 general-purpose microcontroller or microprocessor via SPI or UART interfaces.

The ST67W611M1 modules deliver a data rate of 2 Mbps (BLE). These multi-protocol modules are available in land grid array (LGA) packages that measure 12.28 x 17.28 x 2.40 mm or as modules that measure 12.28 x 12.28 x 2.40 mm and have a U.FL connector.
