The WYSACVLAY-XZ from Taiyo Uden is an IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi Module that operates from 2412 to 2462 MHz. The module has a built-in application processor, WLAN front end, flash memory, Xtal and supporting power circuits. It has 1 to 11 channels and UART (baud rate: 9600 - 2000000, default 115200), SPI, I2C, and GPIO interfaces. The module uses WPA-2 security and has other advanced Wi-Fi features which include micro-AP mode, client mode and WPS.
This Wi-Fi module transmits up to 15 dBm of output power while operating at a voltage of 3.3 V. The module has a transmitter current consumption of 165 mA and a receiver current consumption of 82 mA while consuming 0.6 mA of current in sleep mode.
The WYSACVLAY-XZ is available in a metal case SMD package that measures 21.4 x 14.0 x 2.4 mm and is FCC and ISED qualified.
