The Thetis-I from Würth Elektronik is a 2.4 GHz Radio Module that supports the Wirepas routing mesh communication protocol. It has a line of sight range of 400 m and an RF bitrate of up to 1 Mbps. The module delivers a Tx power of 6 dBm and has an Rx sensitivity of up to -92 dBm. It requires a DC supply of 1.8-3.6 V, consumes 18.9 mA of current in Tx mode, 7.7 mA in Rx mode, and 3.16 µA in sleep mode. This CE/FCC/IC certified module is based on Nordic's nRF52840 chipset that has 1 MB flash memory, and 256 kB RAM. It is available in a nano-SIM-sized package that measures 8 x 12 x 2 mm and is ideal for long-life battery-driven IoT networks, supply chain, asset tracking, smart lighting, and smart metering applications.
