The MA24400A from Anritsu are USB Power Sensors that operate from 50 MHz to 40 GHz. They have a sampling rate of up to 10 Giga-Samples/s with a dynamic range from -60 dBm to +20 dBm (average) and have a time resolution of 100 ps. These power sensors can also conduct measurements over an additional video bandwidth of up to 195 MHz provided via the video output port and have a rise time of 3 ns. They are designed to measure the peak power of wideband modulated signals, such as the 802.11ac, as well as pulses as narrow as 10 ns.
The MA24400A power sensors are uniquely designed with real-time processing of power readings, which allow for even the smallest change in the signal to be detected and plotted for a complete picture of the signal behavior. They are supplied with Peak Power Analyzer PC software that enables users to connect to up to 8 sensors and up to 4 channels per sensor. It offers an intuitive user interface to configure and display results such as simple peak power, average power, trace view for pulse power analysis, and CCDF graphs. These power sensors are available in an enclosure with K-type or N-type connector options.
