The Model 2683 is a Spectrum Analyzer that operates from 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz. It is ideal for testing 2-way radios, site surveying, EMI pre-compliance and characterizing the frequency response of RF devices. The device has a standard pre-amplifier, tracking generator, and 1 Hz of RBW (resolution bandwidth). It provides low phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz @ a 10 kHz offset and a displayed average noise level (DANL) of -161 dBm/Hz. The reflection measurement option enables VSWR, reflection coefficient, and return loss measurements, while the EMI pre-compliance option enables pre-defined bandwidth set points and quasi-peak detection.
