The FPHNFNFJAB0-B from NexTek is a Coaxial Surge Protector that operates from 1 to 40 MHz. It provides protection against high-speed high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP), electro-static discharge (ESD), or lightning (LEMP) activity. This protector can handle a maximum LEMP surge of 30 kA and HEMP surge of 300 kV/5 kA. It is designed to provide maximum suppression while allowing desired operational throughput and has an insertion loss of less than 0.30 dB. This 50-ohm protector provides DC blocking capability with ultra-low let-through energy and is available in a bulkhead-mount module with N-type (female) connectors. It is compliant with MIL-STD 188-125 and MIL-STD 461 standards and is suitable for use in low-power (10 dBm) and MIL-STD 188-125 receive applications.
