The AWMF-0196 from Anokiwave is a Dual Channel IF Transceiver IC that operates from 37 to 48.2 GHz covering n260, n259, and n262 3GPP bands. It has integrated dual Tx single-sideband up-conversion, dual Rx image-reject down-conversion functionality, and an on-chip PLL/VCO LO synthesizer that enables 2T2R applications. This transceiver has an on-chip frequency multiplier that simplifies board-level integration for use with either an internal frequency synthesizer or an external PLL. It also has an on-chip selectable LO multiplication, high IF support, LO multiplexing to remove the need for external switches for MIMO operation, and a high-power PA eliminating the need for an external driver IC.

 This transceiver has on-chip selectable x4 or x6 LO multiplication with automatic LO feedthrough calibration and is optimized for 5G scalable phased arrays. It is available in an FC-CSP (flip-chip chip scale package) package and has ESD protection on all pins. This transceiver is ideal for 3GPP-compliant 5G communications arrays in the n260, n259, and n262 bands.
