The Melexis TH71221 is a single chip FSK/FM/ASK transceiver IC that operates from 300 to 930 MHz. It has been designed to operate in low-power multi-channel programmable or single-channel stand-alone, half-duplex data transmission systems. In a programmable user mode, the transceiver can operate down to 27 MHz by employing an external voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) varactor diode. It can be used for applications in automotive, industrial-scientific-medical (ISM) and short range devices (SRD).
