The CHC2442-QPG from UMS is a transceiver designed for signal generaion and dual reception for automotive radar applications and industrial sensors in the 24 GHz ISM band. The transceiver operates from 24 to 24.5 GHz, integrates a low phase noise VCO, Tx MPA, two Gilbert based heterodyne Rx and a switchable prescaler. It transmits up to 13 dBm of power with a gain of 37 dB and noise figure of 11.5 dB. The transceiver requires a supply voltage of 3.3 V and consumes 205 mA of current. It is available in a 28L-QFN4X5 SMD leadless package. The CHC2442 is qualified for AEC-Q-100.
