The BLC2425M10LS250 from Ampleon is a 250 Watt LDMOS power amplifier transistor for RF energy applications that operates from 2400 to 2500 MHz. It provides up to 250 watts of power with a high gain of 14.4 dB and efficiency of up to 69%. This rugged device is capable of withstanding a load mismatch of up to VSWR 20:1. It has integrated ESD protection and internal input matching.
