The BLF989E from Ampleon is a UHF LDMOS Power Transistor that operates from 470 to 860 MHz. It provides a peak output power of more than 1000 W and an average (DVB-T) output power of 180 W. The transistor is designed for asymmetrical broadcast Doherty transmitter applications and delivers a gain of 20 dB with a drain efficiency of up to 52%.
