The MOBX200 from Mobix Labs is a Frequency Up/Down Converter IC with an IF frequency range from DC to 7 GHz and an RF frequency range from 24.25 to 49 GHz. It is a 5G NR mmWave band integrated circuit that offers optimum performance over the 5G-NR FR2 frequency bands (n257 through n262) in beamforming applications while supporting frequencies ranging from zero IF, low IF, or 3 GHz to 7 GHz for up-conversion to 5G NR FR2 mmWave frequencies of 24.25 GHz to 49 GHz.
This frequency converter is designed using 28 nm bulk-CMOS technology and provides a cost-effective, seamless integration and scalability along with optimal thermal efficiency for global 5G-NR FR2 mmWave applications.
