The E910 from Impinj is a Global RFID Reader IC designed for enabling longer distance and higher density tag reading. This high-performance, low-power, highly-integrated systems-on-chip (SoC) reader enables IoT device makers to meet the increasing demand for item connectivity in portals, conveyers, warehouses and many other markets.
The IC has a receiver sensitivity of -94 dBm and has a maximum read rate of 1000 tags per second with 12 distinct reader modes. It complies with the RAIN RFID / ISO 18000-63 and EPC global Gen2v2 air interface protocols and includes a self-jammer cancellation feature. It is available in a 56-pin QFN package that measures 6 x 6 mm and consumes 0.5 W of power.
