The ID LRU500i from Feig Electronic is a UHF RAIN RFID Long Range Reader with an integrated antenna for vehicle access control applications. Operating from 865 to 868 MHz (EU variant) / 902 to 928 MHz (FCC variant), it provides an output power of up to 1 watt. This reader has a circular-polarized antenna for any transponder orientation and an external antenna port for 2-lane applications. It has a read range of up to 8 m for Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI). This reader is available in an IP 65 rated enclosure that measures 290 x 290 x 100 mm and is ideal for vehicle identification and parking access control applications in airports, universities, gated communities, and others.
