The STA1240 from Stellar Satcom is an X-Band TWT Amplifier System that operates from 7.9 to 8.4 GHz. It delivers an output power of up to 400 W with a small signal gain from 25 to 70 dB. The amplifier uses advanced packaging and cooling techniques (Stellar Cool, patent pending) that enable it to operate in extreme environmental conditions like in direct rain or direct sunlight. The amplifier system has a user-friendly interface and incorporates a comprehensive remote control facility as standard, including RS485 and Ethernet options. It is available with a wide range of options and accessories, backed by round-the-clock, and worldwide technical support. This CE-compliant and CB certified amplifier system is available in a compact, lightweight, rugged, antenna mount enclosure that measures 244 x 520 x 260 mm with N-type female connectors at the input port and a CPR-112G waveguide output.
