The Q-Band SSPA from Celestia TTI operates from 45 to 46.5 GHz. This solid-state power amplifier delivers an output power of 25 W (~44 dBm) with a small signal gain of more than 70 dB and provides an attenuation range of 25 dB in 0.1 dB steps. It is based on GaN technology and ensures robust performance with individual unit testing over the operating temperature (from -30°C to +55°C). The amplifier has spurious emissions levels of less than -60 dBc and a built-in output isolator for protection against reflected power. The amplifier has RS-485/USB interfaces or an optional Ethernet interface for monitoring and control. It is available in a weatherproof enclosure that measures 340 x 210 x 170 mm with WR22 waveguide interfaces and is suitable for SATCOM and load-pull applications.
