The LBX5500 from Labifix is an RF Shielded Test Box for WLAN and wireless device testing up to 12 GHz. It features high-performance RF absorber foam to deaden standing waves in the system and provides shielding effectiveness of more than 95 dB (at 6 GHz). This test box has a rugged welded construction with an interior dimension of 18 x 28 x 28 inches and is equipped with shielded power filters to connect power to the box. It can be customized to specific requirements by designing the I/O connections with any number of interchangeable plug-in RF modules and is complemented by an EMI filter on the data ports.

The LBX5500 supports wireless communication technologies such as 4G LTE/5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 (all series), WiMAX, GNSS, Bluetooth, EMI/RFI test, over-the-air (OTA) measurements, pre-compliance, R&D, product verification, performance reliability, and quality testing. It is available in an optional rack-mountable or tabletop enclosure that measures 20 x 30 x 30 inches with an optional pneumatic door operation system and shielded air vents for adequate airflow.
