DSG3000 Series Image

The DSG3000 Series are RF signal generators that operate from DC to 6 GHz. They have an output amplitude range from -130 dBm to 13 dBm with a low phase noise of less than -110 dBc/Hz. The generators support standard AM, FM, Phase Modulation and Pulse Modulation. It has standard USB/LAN/GPIB remote control interfaces.
