The SU7465 from BSC Filters is a Reconfigurable Filter Bank that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It has eight 2 GHz channels that can be individually switched in (bandpass) and out (bandstop) of the signal path with a switching time of less than 100 ns. The filter bank has an 8-bit TTL control with 256 filter states and is designed for fast and seamless switching into any of filter states across the operating frequency range. It allows for any combination of band-pass and bandstop states. The filter bank has a P1dB of more than 5 dBm and a noise figure of less than 17 dB. It requires a DC supply of +12/-12 V and consumes less than 1.5 A of current.
The SU7465 is available as a module that measures 130 x 105 x 16 mm and has SMA-female connectors. It is ideally suited for EW front-end preselection and protection.
