The LW48-797 Series from Linwave Technology are Hybrid Switched Filter Bank MMICs that operate from 6 to 18 GHz. They have integrated LNA, limiter, and GaAs switches with ports fully matched to 50 ohms. These MMICs have a switching speed of less than 100 ns and provide 14 dB of gain (in switched paths) and 50 dB of rejection. They offer a broadband solution and allow users to shrink high Q filter space and take advantage of matched supporting components to ensure optimum performance. These filter banks require a DC supply from 4.75 to 5.25 V and consume less than 150 mA of current. They are available in surface-mount QFN packages that measure 10 x 10 mm and are ideal for radar, EW, military communications/datalinks, and test and measurement applications.
