The SSHPS/C 2.5-6.0-100 from Aethercomm is a Symmetrical SPDT RF Switch that operates from 2500 to 6000 MHz. This high-power switch has an insertion loss of less than 3.6 dB, typical isolation of 34 dB, and has a switching speed of 9.8 µ seconds. The switch can handle up to 200 watts of CW power and operates from a +28 Vdc supply drawing up to 500 mA of current.
The switch operates over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and can be used at an altitude of up to 15,000 feet. It meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 213, Test Condition J (30G, 11mS, 18 Shocks - 3 in each of 6 axes). This unit also meets vibration conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 105C, Test Condition A.
