The A35-MCH-268 from AKON is a solid-state SPDT reflective switch that operates from 23 to 45 GHz with 1-bit TTL control logic. It has an insertion loss of less than 5 dB and an isolation of more than 27 dB. The switch has a switching speed of up to 100 ns and can handle up to 23 dBm of input power. It is available in a compact module that measures 0.7 x 0.6 x 0.35 inches with 2.4 mm coaxial connectors and is ideal for ELINT, RWRs, ECM, and 5G cellular applications.
