The RFSW30 from Z-Communication Inc. is an Absorptive SPDT Pin Diode Switch that operates from 9 kHz to 30 GHz. It can handle an input power (CW) of up to 24 dBm, provides an isolation of more than 60 dB, and has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB. This switch has a switching speed of 1.1 us and a settling time of 6.2 to 10 us. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 600 mA of current. This SPDT switch is available in a module that measures 2.28 x 1.96 x 0.46 inches and is ideal for test & measurement, radar, VSAT, ECM, and microwave radio applications.
