The ARF2003 from Altum RF is a Single pole double throw (SPDT) switch that operates from DC to 100 GHz. It provides 30 dB of isolation and has an insertion loss of less than 4 dB. The switch requires a DC supply of 0/-5 V and has its I/O ports internally matched to 50 ohms. It is available as a bare die that measures 0.80 x 0.80 x 0.05 mm and is ideal for test & measurement, radar, and broadband telecommunications applications.
