The S9P-65-0BM from G.T. Microwave is an Absorptive SP10T PIN Diode Switch that operates from 8 to 13 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 10 μs (with 10-bit TTL compatible logic) and provides more than 80 dB of isolation.
