The ICASS1050-5T from iCana is an SP5T Absorptive Switch that operates from 1 to 5 GHz covering major sub-6 GHz 3GPP bands. It has a switching time of less than 450 ns and provides an isolation of more than 65 dB (RFx-RFc and RFx-RFx). This switch can handle a CW input power of 33 dBm on selective port, 27 dBm on terminated port, and has an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB. It is fabricated using silicon technology and has a switch controller that is specially designed to reduce the phase and amplitude variation during hot switching on signal paths. This switch requires a DC supply from 3 to 6 V and consumes less than 100 μA of current. It is available in a package that measures 4.00 x 4.00 x 0.75 mm and includes a digital pre-distortion feedback path.
