The NuSwitch VU150MH01 from NuWaves is a High Speed, Low Loss SPDT Switch that operates from 50 to 500 MHz. This switch can handle up to 150 W of input power, has an insertion loss of less than 0.25 dB and provides an isolation of over 25 dB. It has a switching speed of 4 µs and supports a TTL control interface. This switch requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes up to 350 mA of current.
