The CG2409M2 from California Eastern Laboratories is a GaAs MMIC SPDT switch that operates from 0.05 to 3.8 GHz. It has a low insertion of less than 0.80 dB, high isolation of more than 18 dB and a switching speed of 100 ns. The switch can handle an input power of up to 36.5 dBm. It is available in a 6-pin mini mold package that measures 2 x 1.25 x 0.9 mm and is ideal for WiMAX and Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) applications.
