The HH20-202 from COMTECH PST is a Solid-state SPDT Switch that operates from 3 to 30 MHz and is designed for cold-switched operations only. It can handle a peak input power of 1600 W, an average input power of 32 W and a CW input power of 200 W. It has a switching speed of 50% logic to 10/90% RF and have switching transients at 30 Vpp. The switch has an RF pulse width of 20 µs and has a VSWR of less than 2.0:1. It requires DC supply of 5/28 V and draws under 750 mA of current. This switch is available in a MIL-STD-810F compliant module, can operate at an altitude of 30,000 ft and can withstand humidity levels of up to 95% without condensation. It is ideal for military environments and can be made available with a hermetic seal.
