The GRF6001 from Guerilla RF is an SPDT Switch that operates from 0.1 to 10 GHz. This high-frequency switch has an insertion loss of 1 dB and over 38 dB of isolation. This linear, ultra-low loss switch has an IP1dB greater than 26 dBm and an IIP3 greater than 50 dBm for both RF paths. It is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN-6 package and is suitable for general-purpose switching, C-band, X-band, WLAN, EG, and ETC applications.
