The ISO13286 from Isolink (subsidiary of Skyworks) is a low-loss, high performance wideband DC to 8 GHz hermetic GaAs SPDT absorptive switch. It is ideal for high reliability space, satellite, and defense applications. The switch has an insertion loss of 1.5 dB and isolation of 50 dB at 4 GHz. Testing is available to the screening requirements of MIL-PRF-38535 Class B and S, in addition to the required quality conformance inspection (QCI). The ISO13286 die is produced with Skyworks' GaAs pHEMT process that has shown radiation tolerance to 100 kRad. The device is provided in a 7-lead surface mount technology (SMT) 0.385 x 0.345 x 0.065 inch package.
