The 1744 from KRATOS is a SP16T PIN Diode Switch that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of under 6.0 dB and an isolation of more than 50 dB. It has a switching speed of 500 nsec and is controlled by 7-bit TTL binary logic. The switch is available in a compact module that measures 4.5 x 4.0 x 0.75 inches and operates over the temperature range of –40ºC to +85ºC.
