The MASW-011151 from MACOM is a Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 9 kHz to 67 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 27.5 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 1.5 dB, and more than 50 dB of isolation. This switch is manufactured on a Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) process and has an ON time of 0.71 µs and an OFF time of 0.26 µs. It requires a DC supply of +3.3 / -3.3 V and is compatible with standard 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V CMOS logic.
