The NJG1818K75 from New Japan Radio (NJR) is an SPDT switch that has been designed to have a low insertion loss from 1 to 7.125 GHz (Covering the 5.925 to 7.125 GHz Wi-Fi 6/6E band). It has a switching time of less than 400 ns, an insertion loss of less than 0.55 dB, and provides 25 dB of isolation. The switch supports a wide operating voltage range from 1.6 to 5.0 V and can support a variety of power supply modes. It has a built-in DC blocking capacitor for the RF port and is available in a compact 1 x 1 mm package.
This switch is ideal for use in wireless communication systems such as 802.11a/b/n/ac/ax, communication modules, access points, and mobile terminals such as smartphones, transmit/receive switching, antenna switching, and other general-purpose switching applications.
