The NT1819NAAE2S from Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. is an Absorptive SPDT Switch that operates from 0.2 to 7.125 GHz. It provides an isolation of 51 to 70 dB and has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB. This switch has a switching time of 250 ns and a P0.1dB of +31 dBm. The P1 terminal and P2 terminal of this switch are terminated into 50 Ω at an unused state to prevent a miss-match when another circuit is connected to this switch. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes 200 μA of current. This switch is available in a surface mount package that measures 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.75 mm and is ideal for cellular base transceiver stations (small/macro cell, etc.) and other wireless communication applications.
